Robert M. D’Angelillo is a Partner at the Tully Law Group, P.C. Rob has been practicing law for 30 years with his focus on Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration and Elder Law. Prior to joining Tully Law Group, P.C., Rob headed the Elder Law Division for a large Suffolk County law firm after previously heading the Trusts and Estates Department at another large firm.
Throughout his career, Rob has handled Surrogate’s Court cases in Suffolk and Nassau Counties, as well as New York City. He is dedicated to assisting elderly clients preserve their assets while obtaining the best care for their individual situations. Rob has presented to several community groups, assisted living facilities, as well as special needs organizations, to offer education and guidance for their particular needs. Additionally, as an avid supporter of veterans, Rob is proud to have participated in the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University’s Veteran’s Legal Assistance Program for the last six years.
Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in 1988. After graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 1991, Rob served as Law Clerk to a New York State Supreme Court Justice in Manhattan prior to entering private practice.
Rob is licensed to practice in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, belonging to their Elder Law and Special Needs Section and their Trust and Estates Section.
In his spare time Rob enjoys traveling, attending baseball games and spending time with his family, near and far.
