Amy N. Latuga is the Director of Planning at Tully Law Group, PC and helps clients in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning and applications, and Life Care Planning. Prior to joining Tully Law Group, PC, Amy was an Associate Attorney at a Garden City elder law and planning law firm where she represented clients in the areas of Medicaid, estate planning, estate administration, and special needs planning.
Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and she received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Hofstra Law School.
Amy is admitted to practice law in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and the Elder Law and Special Needs Section and Trust and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association.
Amy has a special interest in Elder Law and Special Needs planning and is committed to providing the firm’s clients with compassionate resolutions to the sensitive issues that families face when planning for the future.
