He has been practicing elder care law and estate planning since 1998 and has been certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation since 2003.

Tully recently concluded his term serving as president of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, a nationwide organization of holistic elder care law firms nationwide. Also on the national level, Tully is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and WealthCounsel.
On the state level, he is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates Section and Elder Law Section. He has assisted in lobbying for long-term care reform in New York and has served as a New York State Bar Association publication editor. In addition, he is a member of the New York chapter of NAELA.
Tully was named to the Metro New York Super Lawyers list for the years 2011 through 2025, among receiving other industry accolades including top Lawyers and Lawyers of Distinction.
Brian has also been named a Long Island Business News (LIBN) 2025 Influencer in Healthcare Law.
Apart from the law firm, Brian and his wife, Ingrid, have two recent college graduates and one in elementary school and they enjoy their weekends filled with playful dogs, local travel and being involved with their church community.
