Dennis McCoy is a Partner at the Tully Law Group, P.C. Mr. McCoy concentrates his practice in the areas of Medicaid Planning and Eligibility, Trusts and Asset Protection. Mr. McCoy earned a Bachelor of Science and graduated Cum Laude from Stony Brook University, where he was awarded the Student Leadership Award, the Health Science Award for Excellence in Student Research and was awarded for Outstanding Student in Clinical Chemistry. He obtained Board Certificates from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) and the National Certification Agency (NCA). He remains a New York State licensed Medical Technologist.
Mr. McCoy earned his Juris Doctorate as a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was both a Faculty Fellow and in the Honor Society for Academic Excellence. His legal academic background is highlighted by the extensive number of academic achievement awards he received which included the CALI Academic Excellence Awards in Legal Methods I (Writing), Legal Methods II (Best Oralist and Best Brief), Business Organizations, Property I, Pre-Trial litigation, Elder Law, and Moot Court Award for Outstanding Advocate.
