New Offices in Huntington Village and Centereach to Open on February 1
Melville, NY — Attorney Brian Andrew Tully, Esq. of Tully Law, P.C. has announced that, due to the success of its hands-on approach and comprehensive life care planning services, the firm will open two more offices, beginning on February 1:
The two locations will allow the firm to meet the needs of a growing elderly population who are seeking solutions to their elder law and estate planning needs. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there were 43.1 million people in the country age 65 and over. As more baby boomers begin to age, the agency states that the number of people in this age group will almost double to 83.7 million by 2050. Census also reported that, in 2012, for every 100 working-age people, there were 22 people age 65 and over. The bureau foresees a greater proportion of aging people; by 2050, there will be 36 for every 100 working-age people.
Tully Law, P.C. concentrates its practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, Medicaid, asset protection, estate and trust administration, special needs planning and life care planning. The firm differs from traditional elder law and estate planning firms in that its objective is to help seniors find and pay for good care by bundling asset protection, qualifying for Medicaid benefits, coordinating the necessary care and advocating for quality care. Further, Mr. Tully is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.
“By opening these new offices in Huntington Village and Centereach, we will be able to help more of the aging population on Long Island and provide them with the maximum quality of life and independence they deserve,” Mr. Tully said. “As a greater proportion of our population begins to age, we are ready to help them with their life care planning, elder law and estate planning needs.”
