I first met with Tully Law Group to try and learn how best to plan for my mother’s future as we journeyed through Alzheimer’s. We first met with Brian Tully, who gave us a comprehensive overview of how eldercare estate planning works. He was patient and thorough and gave us a lot of time to digest all this new information. As is often the case with Alzheimer’s, we originally planned for home-based healthcare, but over the course of a year, this changed rapidly and we had to change course several times in various applications. We first "met" with Atty. Jamie Larken of Tully Law Group, PC through a phone consultation after my mother-in-law's passing. We had a ton of questions and Jamie patiently and compassionately answered every single question. We engaged Jamie to help us with the process of obtaining a court administrator appointment. Tully law is an excellent elder care law firm. Amy Latuga and her lovely staff have helped my Mom for many years and my sisters who is handicapped and now since i am her health proxy they are helping me make it so much easier to help my ailing Mom and sister. It’s the best choice to have them help. This is not the type of thing one wants to make mistakes on.

Initially upon arrival was greeted by a very cordial attentive staff. I was then led to conference room where I met with Attorney who began the interview. Later after him getting my story and information he began explaining what exactly needed to be done. So much was covered and details of exactly said was patiently explained so I understood. After a break there was some social discussions and general getting to know each other. When I left with all this knowledge and binder full of covered topics, no pressure by the way. I guess it was assumed my answer yes or no was due in reasonable time. Believe it was two weeks later I called them and given a appointment to rehash all that was discussed and then sign up my new Attorney.
