He is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to represent and assist veterans and their spouses in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for benefits, including the Aid and Attendance Pension. In addition, he is a Certified Attorney with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a Board Member of the Long Island Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
In 2004, he founded the ElderCare Resource Center, Inc., whose mission is to be the community resource for support, answers, and expertise in regard to advance planning and informed decision-making about present and future long-term healthcare. The Suffolk Nassau Regional Business Partnership voted the ElderCare Resource Center as Educational Business of the Year in 2005.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Tully has been a guest speaker before numerous organizations, providing information about the financial and legal resources Long Island caregivers can utilize to provide optimal long-term care to their loved ones.
